War Verses Peace,Victory or ? E-mail

While looking up Protests in my area I ran into an article talking about to opposing sides sharing the same corner.

One side for Peace and one side for War ..but the side for War call it something else..they say they are for Victory. Why don't they just call a spade a spade..these people are for War and nothing but War. Why is it that they substitute Victory in??? Well because in war you say things like "we will be greeted as Liberators" when you are clearly causing an implosion of a country. You say " we are spreading democracy and freedom" While bombing an already bombed out country. You say" we must have justice for our dead because of the attack on 9-11" even though the country we now occupy wasn't involved ..not even in the Govt Conspiracy Theory.

Then I saw this quote from the leader of the Minnions for Victory...oh sorry marions for Victory(smirk)

For Lamar Hunt, a member of Marions for Victory, the issue is personal. Hunt served 30 years in the military and was an Army chaplain in Vietnam. Now his son, a helicopter pilot, is getting ready to go to Iraq.

"I believe that the best way we can support the troops is to allow them to complete their mission," Hunt said. "Some folks try to separate the soldier from his mission. You can't separate a soldier from his soldiering no more than you can separate a doctor from his doctoring or a nurse from her nursing."

So is this guy saying that once a killer always a killer? We really need to look at the hostility raised up in most War Vets. The anger generally is a form of Post Tramatic Stress. The Vet is not clear thinking. THis is nothing against the Vet. I am not speaking against any Vet. I hold the Military Heads and the People that cut the VA programs for real live counseling. But in the meantime, we have these men getting ready to go off  because they are reliving somethings that makes them MORE than uncomfortable. Until they get counciling they should not be approaching anti war rallies. I don't think they can take it.
