Englewood church cleans up after vandalism E-mail
Written by Staff Report Sun Herald
Monday, 29 January 2007

West Coast Church Senior Pastor Dan Turpin, left, and his wife and Associate Pastor Nancy Turpin, second from left, work with Alex Woike, second from right, and Vanessa McDonald on Sunday to paint over the words "faith for the blind," just some of the graffiti left by vandals on the exterior of the church in Englewood.

The front and side of the church were sprayed with graffiti, including the misspelled word "ignorace" on the front of the facility.

"We're sad that it happened," Nancy Turpin said. Luckily, the church had already purchased supplies with plans to repaint the exterior before the vandals struck.
