Charlotte County Supervisor of Elections Office
FL Statute: 98.075 (7)(2.)The following names have been submitted to our office by the Clerk of Circuit Court on a list of voters whom have allegedly been convicted of a felony, but not had their right to vote restored. Pursuant to Florida Statute 98.093 our office is required to remove these names from the voter rolls, if this information is correct.
This list may contain incorrect information and the persons listed have 30 days from the date of this notice to contact the Charlotte County Supervisor of Elections to resolve this matter.
