PUNTA GORDA -- An undercover drug bust set up through MySpace.com led to the arrest of four adults and one teenager, according to Punta Gorda police arrest reports.

Police made a contact through the popular networking Web site and it snowballed as one person after another set up acquaintances on drug buys, the reports say.

Officers used MySpace.com to contact Robert James Alden, 21, to arrange a marijuana purchase, the reports state. When police confronted him at the designated meeting place, he turned over the drugs and persuaded two others to bring drugs to specific spots.

Police stopped those two cars and made additional arrests, the report states. One of those people then arranged for marijuana buys with two more people.

Alden was charged with possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana. Thomas Fiorelli, 23, Xia Amanda Agarrat, 23, and Damon Glenn Oliver, 28, face charges of possession of narcotics equipment and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Kai Benjamin Melton, 17, was charged with possession of narcotics equipment and possession of cocaine with intent to sell.
