The R/C Fliers of Venice is
a club made up of 150 radio control aircraft enthusiasts who build and fly their own model aircraft in Venice Florida. Our members fly gas and electric powered models, glider sailplanes, and helicopters. Categories include Scale, Semi-Scale, Aerobatic, Antique Old Timers, Sport and Trainer aircraft.We invite you to visit us at our beautiful unobstructed flying field featuring a 350 foot paved runway, with safety
screened pilot boxes, and spectator viewing area. Pilot parking at the pits and spectators directly adjacent.
Location: Near I-75 and exit 35-A. Go east on Laurel, turn north on Knights Trail, proceed 4.5 miles to Sarasota County Land Fill, follow signs to the rear of the complex.
