Who is Ron Paul? Luckily we have answers!

Who is Ron Paul? That is what I find most Sarasotans asking as I read their lips stopped at the red light at Bee Ridge and Beneva in Sarasota Florida. Which is where the Ron Paul meet up group meets weekly to spread the word that there is some out there who takes his oath to protect this constitutional republic seriously.

This week we had an official campaign flier to hand out. On previous weeks we used fliers printed by members. Which were great, but the campaigns ones look more professional. Campaign HQ only sent us 200 they are now gone. It only took two hours for us to exhaust the supply with the inflow of Ron Paul supporters. We should receive 1000 handouts by next weekend.

I must admit Ron Paul supporters are ambitious and dedicated. Me for example, you would never find me holding a political sign and definitely not in the Florida’s noonday sun in June. But, I am hooked. Ron Paul’s straight forward no “meandering from the issues” answers. You can just tell he is being truthful because every word flows from him with conviction and concern. You should hear that from every candidate (but you don't).

There were quite a few people out there that instantly knew who Ron Paul was and we got lots of thumbs up and honks. Although some were not as positive one motorist yelled “Republicans Suck” I had to cheer him because I find most politicians do suck. Republican and Democrat alike. Most Politicians are only in Government for personal gain. They are willing to lie, cheat, steal, and kill to turn a buck. While allowing our freedom and liberty to be stolen away just to gain their own security and that of their corporate sponsors. Stealing rights from citizens that are protected by the constitution that they have sworn an oath to uphold.

Dr. Paul tirelessly works for limited constitutional government, low taxes, free markets, and a return to sound monetary policies. He is known among his congressional colleagues and his constituents for his consistent voting record. Dr. Paul never votes for legislation unless the proposed measure is expressly authorized by the Constitution.
