Ten great Ron Paul Meetup Groups in S.W. Florida have combined to have a fabulous event for Dr. Paul.
The ten groups are (in alphabetical order of their names):

Each of the Ron Paul Meetup groups will have a sign waving rally in their own
community. Everyone at each groups' sign waving are invited to join the "Road
Rally for Ron" as it arrives in your community and keeps heading North. We will
begin in Naples and end in Clearwater. The Clearwater Ron Paul 2008 Meetup Group
is hosting the "Ron Paul Freedom Rally" at Coachman Park. This is the "big one"
all you folks have been waiting for. The route of the "Road Rally for Ron" will
take us through the heart of all the major population centers in S.W. Florida on
the Saturday before Thanksgiving. Many of our Northern friends will have returned
by then & this is one of the biggest shopping days of the year. We will be seen by
hundreds of thousands if not over a million folks as we travel from Naples to Clearwater.
The combined year round populations of the counties we pass through on their main roads
is almost 3,000,000 (not including tourists) or 15% of Florida's population.
The "Ron Paul Freedom Rally", sponsored by The Clearwater Ron Paul 2008 Meetup Group ,
will be an event you don't want to miss. This beautiful park on the Clearwater waterfront
can accommodate 8,000 people. Their will be live music.
The "Ron Paul Freedom Rally" is being promoted by means of signs, flyers, postcards,
phone calls, press releases to the media & door to door distribution of flyers.
All "Road Rally for Ron" participants should:
- Drive safely and obey all traffic laws
- Decorate your cars before the "Road Rally for Ron" arrives in your
town. Double check that all your Ron Paul decorations are securely
attached to your vehicles. (Our goal is "name recognition" for Dr. Paul)
- Be at the designated location early & be ready to go when we arrive in your community.
- Have a full tank of gas.
- Take any snacks or drinks with you in the cars.
- Have your travel club "road service" card with you in case you need it.
- Bring two way radios and cellular phones so we can communicate along the route.
- Some of the locations we stop may have restrooms nearby.
- Bring road maps along in case you need them.

TRAFFIC, AND WEATHER CONDITIONS. PARTICIPANTS HAVE TO HAVE A FLEXIBLE
SCHEDULE, ARRIVE EARLY AND BE PREPARED TO POSSIBLY LEAVE EARLY OR LATE
