Florida Needs Money Enforces Seat Belt Law E-mail

Florida law enforcement officials are warning motorists to buckle up just in time for Memorial Day.

State and local police say they'll issue seat belt violations through June fourth.

Police can only ticket a driver if they've pulled the motorist over for another offense, such as speeding or aggressive driving.

A seat belt violation costs 89 dollars and fifty cents.
