Read affidavit from my father's cousin, Irene Petres (November 10, 2004), who says that Maria told a different story about the events that took place on the day my father was murdered, saying "...she would bring him a cup of coffee...when she brought him the coffee, he was dead in his chair." The killer is a Juvenile Probation Officer for Sarasota County and an employee of the State of Florida. There is a 911 recording which captures my father’s voice as he is being murdered. The Sarasota Sheriff’s Department and FDLE altered the recording (which has been proven), to protect my father’s killer and enable Governor Bush to protect his political allies who are involved in this obstruction of justice and murder cover up. Governor Jeb Bush cannot do the right thing in my case because his political loyalties take priority over the laws of our state and our country. The Herald Tribune's latest story announces "One of the nation's top forensic audio specialists said he can hear a man ask for an ambulance in the background of a 911 call, even though the only man in the room at the time was supposed to be dead." The report by Paul Ginsberg, who was hired by the Herald-Tribune to analyze the call, casts new doubt on the official version of Murray Cohen's Jan. 13, 2003, death. Maria Cohen's attorney, Steven Chase, said Cohen was unavailable for comment.
