A Government Official Declares "Black home ownership up."

Suuuure it is.
****

Actually, he might have a point there.
There is the underlying evil happening in the Real Estate financing scam..I mean scheme.

With the change in the bankruptcy laws, the sky rocketing house prices, the changes in the eminent domain laws ,The tax raises due to buying more expensive houses, the ever increasing house insurance costs and the availability of "special needs" insurance that is a must have in many areas that will be increasing also with each catastophy, the promise of catastrophic storms for at least the next 10 years.and the REAL creative financing available that really is the juxt of things.

By allowing the people to buy more house than they can afford they put them right into the spin cycle.
You can then lose the house by tax default, insurance default(either the person not being able to pay or the companies refuse to insure certain swellings)or eminent domain.

Thinking of the storm properties. I wonder whether property will be sold as abandoned through eminent domain.

Also, recently in Venice Florida..the "Projects" are being torn down . They were nasty, nasty, nasty. The projects were 35 townhome style.
Tearing them down to replace them with a "Workforce Housing Complex "of 200 townhouse style homes.... so much for poverty going down....
Yes, the Rich folk in the Sarasota Area still WANT to let a workforce have a "complex" instead of a "project".

This is a subject I can go on and on about. I was a Realtor in the real estate crash of 1989 for 10 years.

It is heart breaking to a seller that has to bring money to the closing to sell his home.

Anyway, the change of the debt system in this country simply makes us slaves if we face any kind of monetary dilemma.
