Florida High parents to discuss latest drug abuse problem E-mail

Parents at Florida High will host a program on new trends in drugs for middle and high-school parents from 6:30-7:30 Tuesday in the school cafeteria. To parents: Do you know if your kids are "pharming" with your medications and/or experimenting with alcohol and other substances?
The new trend in drug abuse among these age groups is sneaking into their parents' medicine cabinets and using their medications, called "pharming."

Experts say many parents aren't aware of this and may wonder why they keep running out of medications.
