The Englewood Bank at 1805 Englewood Road was the site of an armed robbery Friday. The two robbers remain at large, according to Sarasota County Sheriff’s officials.

Around 5:50 p.m., two men in masks and black, hooded sweatshirts entered the bank with handguns and demanded money, a report shows. Following the robbery, the men fled on a black motorcycle and were last seen heading north on Englewood Road, which is also known as State Road 776.

No one was injured.

The men are described as about 6 feet tall and weighing 180 pounds. Anyone with information may contact the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigations Bureau at 941-861-1719.
